You’re on the list.
Thank you for joining the Chronicles of Wordcraft waitlists. This page confirms that your details reached us and explains, in everyday language, what you’ve just signed up for, what you can expect next, and how to change your mind at any time.
Short version: you’ll occasionally hear from R.R. Thalore about new puzzle books, bonus packs, and behind-the-scenes updates—never daily blasts—and every message will include a simple way to unsubscribe or update your preferences.
Prefer to review your options instead? You can always return to the Join hub to see other lists and forms.
What you just signed up for
Depending on which form or QR code you used, you may now be on the all-series waitlist, a specific project list (for example, an Olympian title or a zodiac project), or both. These lists are used only for Chronicles of Wordcraft updates and are never sold or rented out.
You can expect emails such as:
- Announcements when new puzzle books, bonus packs, or formats are ready.
- Links to free or paid downloads you requested (for example, deity-specific bonus packs).
- Occasional behind-the-scenes notes about how the puzzles, art, and series are being built.
- Rare invitations to short surveys or voting pages that help choose which projects come next.
There is no fee or purchase obligation attached to any waitlist or membership. You are free to unsubscribe, ignore an update, or join again later.
What happens next
To make sure everything works smoothly, a few practical steps help:
-
Check your inbox. Within a short time you should see a welcome or confirmation email from
[email protected]or a similar sender line referencing R.R. Thalore / Chronicles of Wordcraft. - Confirm, if asked. Some forms use a “confirm your email” step. Until you click that link, the system may treat your address as unconfirmed and pause certain messages.
- Rescue the message from filters. If you don’t see anything, check Promotions, Updates, or junk folders, then mark the message as “not spam” and add the address to your contacts.
- Watch for the promised bonus. Any free sample or bonus pack associated with the form will arrive by email, usually as a download link rather than an attachment so it stays easy to update.
Normal cadence is measured in weeks, not days. It is also possible that there will be quiet periods between projects; in those times you may hear very little until the next release or milestone is ready.
Your data, privacy & email preferences
Your email address and any other details you provided (for example, first name or which series you’re interested in) are used solely to send the updates you asked for, to keep basic statistics on how the list is performing, and to honour unsubscribe or change-of-mind requests.
You can always:
- Unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email you receive.
- Update which lists you’re on using the “manage preferences” or similar link, where available.
- Email [email protected] if you need help updating or removing your details.
This page is a plain-language companion to the formal Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and related legal pages. If there is ever a conflict, those documents will govern.
Didn’t mean to sign up, or not seeing emails?
If you subscribed by mistake, simply use the unsubscribe link in the next email you receive or contact us and we’ll remove you manually. There is no penalty for changing your mind.
If you believe you joined but you do not see any confirmation within a reasonable time, you can:
- Double-check that the address you entered was correct (no typos).
- Search your inbox for “Chronicles of Wordcraft” or “R.R. Thalore.”
- Reach out via [email protected] with a brief note describing which form or QR you used and roughly when.
We’d rather you feel confident and comfortable on the list than puzzled about where your details went.
