Overview
This page explains the best way to reach Chronicles of Wordcraft depending on what you need help with: puzzles and downloads, book questions, licensing and permissions, affiliate programs, or general editorial notes.
Before you write, you may find a faster answer in:
- FAQ — common questions about downloads, printing, and bonus packs
- Downloads — where to find files we’ve already emailed you
- Printing Guide — paper sizes, margins, grayscale tips
- Troubleshooting — ZIP files, “can’t find email,” and other fixes
- Permissions & Licensing — rules for using our puzzles and art
- Disclosures & Affiliate Programs — affiliate and sponsorship information
We can’t respond to emergencies or time-critical personal situations. For anything involving safety, health, or legal risk, please contact a local professional or emergency service instead of emailing us.

Required
1. Quick contact map
To help your message reach the right inbox, please use the address that best matches your request:
- [email protected] — technical issues, downloads, printing problems, broken links, QR-code trouble.
- [email protected] — general contact, press and media, interview requests, business correspondence.
- [email protected] — questions about availability, formats, release timing, or where to buy specific titles.
- [email protected] — ideas for future puzzle books, series, or website features.
- [email protected] — reviews, reader impressions, and constructive comments about books you’ve already tried.
All of these addresses are part of the same small team. If you’re not sure which one to use, choose the closest match — we’ll route it internally.
2. Reader support & technical help
If something isn’t working — a bonus pack hasn’t arrived, a ZIP file won’t open, or your printout looks wrong — email [email protected]. To help us help you quickly, please include:
- The email address you used to sign up or purchase
- The title of the book or bonus pack (for example, Zeus Word Search Bonus Pack)
- Where you purchased it (Amazon, Kobo, direct bonus pack, etc.)
- A short description of what went wrong (and screenshots if you have them)
For many common issues, you may find a step-by-step fix in the FAQ, Downloads, or Troubleshooting pages — but you are always welcome to reach out if those guides don’t solve it.
We can’t access your retailer account (for example, Amazon or Kobo) or see your payment details. For billing questions and refunds, please follow the retailer’s own support process. We can clarify which product you purchased and help with files, but we don’t control store policies.
3. Editorial notes, rights & licensing
For editorial questions (typos, puzzle errors, continuity glitches, or factual concerns) and for questions about using our puzzles or art beyond normal personal reading, email [email protected].
Editorial corrections
If you believe you’ve found a mistake in one of the books or bonus packs, please let us know:
- Book or pack title and, if possible, page number or puzzle number
- A short description of the issue (for example, “solution grid doesn’t match word list”)
We keep a quiet errata list and use it to improve future printings and digital updates.
Permissions & classroom use
For classroom copying, library use, or other bulk-print situations, please start by reading Permissions & Licensing. That page explains what you may do without asking and when a separate license is required.
If you still have questions after reading the Permissions page, email [email protected] with:
- Which book or pack you want to use
- How many students or readers will see it
- Whether access is free, paid, or behind a membership wall
Contacting us does not automatically grant permission. Unless you receive written permission from us, the default rules in Permissions & Licensing and Terms of Use apply.
Press kit & brand assets
If you are a reviewer, blogger, or journalist, you may use the materials provided in our Press Kit in line with the usage notes shown there. The press kit is designed for coverage and reviews only — it is not a general clip-art library, and it may not be reused in your own products, books, or commercial designs without a separate written license.
For questions about using the press kit or other intellectual property, email [email protected] and include links or thumbnails showing how you plan to use the material.
4. Feedback, suggestions & community
We’re constantly deciding which puzzle books, themes, and formats to create next. Your ideas genuinely help steer the roadmap.
- Use [email protected] to tell us what you liked (or didn’t) about a specific book, difficulty level, or series.
- Use [email protected] to pitch new mythologies, zodiac spins, or other puzzle concepts you’d love to see.
We also run a structured suggestion and voting system on our site from time to time. When that’s live, we’ll link to it from the Help Hub or Join page so you can upvote ideas and see what other readers are asking for.
To avoid legal confusion, please don’t send full manuscripts, finished puzzle sets, or confidential business ideas. If you choose to email suggestions anyway, you understand that we may already be working on something similar, and we can’t promise credit, payment, or collaboration.
5. Affiliate, partnership & business enquiries
For questions about affiliate links, partnerships, or mentioning our books alongside your tools or platforms, email [email protected] or [email protected].
Before you write, it’s helpful to skim:
- Disclosures — how we handle affiliate relationships
- Affiliate Programs – Tools & Recommendations
- Privacy Policy & Cookies — data and tracking overview
In your email, please include:
- A short description of your company or project
- Where our books or brand would appear (site, channel, classroom, event, etc.)
- Any relevant timelines, if the request is tied to a specific date
We reserve the right to decline partnership or affiliate requests that don’t fit the Chronicles of Wordcraft brand, our readership, or our legal obligations.
6. Privacy, security & response times
We take your privacy seriously and aim to use your contact details only for the purpose you gave them.
- Please avoid sending sensitive information (for example, full payment card numbers, government IDs, or medical details). We don’t need these to help with books or downloads.
- Email and contact forms may be processed through third-party providers (such as our email service and help systems). Details are explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies pages.
- By emailing us, you acknowledge that normal email risks apply and that you’re comfortable with that method of communication.
We’re a small team, so response times can vary depending on workload and launch schedules. In general, we aim to:
- Reply to most reader support issues within a few business days
- Group non-urgent feedback for review in batches
- Review rights, licensing, and press requests as soon as practical, especially around new releases
If you don’t hear back after a reasonable time, it’s okay to follow up once — especially if you suspect that an attachment or spam filter might have swallowed the first message.
